The Production Process Of Plush Toys

Seemingly a simple product, it has the following major processes:
1. Process: Cutting - Sewing - Assembly - Filling - Shaping - Packaging
2. Materials: Long plush, synthetic velvet (plush, velvet), acrylic cotton, mixed with plastic particles, synthetic leather, non-woven fabric, toy parts, accessories
3. Material consumption: Medium toys have a material consumption of about 18CM-25CM, while filling toys have a more complex material consumption. The material consumption mainly depends on the number of toy varieties, the composition of several raw materials for each variety, their respective proportions, the size of the toy specifications, whether the width of the raw materials is fully utilized, and whether the cutting is mechanized
